Terms and Conditions for Kamdhenu Smart Homes (Buyer)

These are the Terms of Use (“Terms”) of Kamdhenu Smart homes. Hereby and reference of “Kamdhenu Smart Homes”, “We”, ”Us”, or “Our” is formed to ask Kamdhenu Smart Homes

By accessing or using the Kamdhenu Smart Homes Platform (as defined below). You comply with being bound by these Terms.

DEFINITIONS

“Kamdhenu Smart Homes Platform” or “Platform” shall mean Kamdhenu Smart Homes website.

“You” “Your” or “User(s)” refers to a person who accesses or uses the Platform for any purpose.

“Product(s)” shall mean all products that are sold from the Platform.

GENERAL DISCLAIMERS

You agree that you simply shall not access the Platform by other means aside from through the interfaces that are provided by Kamdhenu Smart Homes.

You shall not acquire, copy, or monitor any portion of the Platform in any format to reproducing or circumventing the navigational structure or presentation of the Platform, to get or plan to obtain any materials, documents, or information through any means not specifically made available through the Platform.

Kamdhenu Smart Homes shall not be responsible for any misuse of the private information shared by You with Us

AMENDMENT TO THOSE TERMS

Kamdhenu Smart Homes reserves the right to vary, modify, amend, or update these Terms and/ or the Agreement from time to time and such amended provisions shall be effective immediately upon the Platform. If you do not comply with such provisions, you want to stop using the Platform with immediate effect. Your continued use of the Platform is going to be deemed to suggest Your acceptance of the amended provisions of those Terms and/ or the Agreement.

PROPERTY RIGHTS

Kamdhenu Smart Homes is that the sole owner and therefore the reform the lawful licensee of all the rights in and to the Platform and the design, layout, text, images, graphics, sound, video, etc. of or made available on the Platform (“Content”). The Content may include trade secrets and other property rights protected under worldwide copyright and other applicable laws about the property.

All rights, not otherwise claimed under these Terms by Kamdhenu Smart Homes are hereby reserved. In no event shall Kamdhenu Smart Homes be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever concerning the User(s) use of such product/ service.

Trademark: “Kamdhenu Smart Homes” and related icons and logos whether registered or unregistered are the trademarks of Kamdhenu Smart Homes and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and other proprietary and property laws. The unauthorized adoption, copying, modification, use, or publication of those marks is strictly prohibited.

Copyright: All Content including Information is copyrighted to Kamdhenu Smart Homes excluding any third-party content and any links to any third-party websites being made available or contained on the Platform. User(s) might not use any trademark, service mark, or logo of any independent third parties without prior written approval from such parties.

INDEMNITY

The Users shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kamdhenu Smart Homes and its affiliates, if any, from and against any losses, liabilities, claims, suits, proceedings, penalties, interests, damages, demands, costs, and expenses (including legal and statutory fees and disbursements in connection therewith and interest chargeable thereon) asserted against or incurred by Kamdhenu Smart Homes that arise out of, result from, or in connection with:

• The User’s breach of those Terms
• The User’s violation of any rights of another, including property rights and
• The User’s violation of any applicable laws.

MISCELLANEOUS

Headings for any section of the Agreement are for reference purposes only and in no way define, limit, or describe the scope or extent of such section.

Kamdhenu Smart Homes shall have the right to assign its obligations and duties during this Agreement to a person or entity.

All calls to Kamdhenu Smart Homes are confidential. However, your call could also be recorded to make sure the standard of service is met.

DELIVERY POLICY

Deliveries of products purchased are chargeable if the customer demands deliveries in which the shipping will be done by vehicles designated by us. The charges may vary depending on the size of consignment, the urgency of delivery and the place of delivery. In cases where the customer brings in their vehicles or has the means to get their order delivered, we will charge only for the loading of the items if and where applicable. We provide in-store free pickup wherein you will be able to shop by placing your orders on the details given on the contact us page and then visit Kamdhenu Smart Homes in person to pick up the orders. All deliveries/shipping done by Kamdhenu Smart Homes is chargeable.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Kamdhenu Smart Homes believes has a strict return policy under which you can apply to return the goods and products purchased from us provided that

• The order has defective items
• The seal of the products is broken
• The product is damaged
• If the product is not original

Kamdhenu Smart Homes will not accept returns in the following cases

• The items in the order found to be damaged after the consignment is accepted by the buyer. We advise you to check the consignment before accepting.
• No breakable items such as bricks, tiles, granite etc will be applicable for return if they are found damaged.
• The return policy for all orders should be invoked within 10 days of the date of purchasing.
• The buyer needs to produce the receipt of the order to avail return.

All refunds will be carried out on working days and working hours i.e. Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm.
